What will you be doing here

You are in direct contact with a global client base. Depending on your experience, you lead medium-sized to large international projects from start to finish. You oversee the full scope. From planning to delivery.

You work closely with Account Managers to further develop client relationships. If you spot cross-sell opportunities, you act on them. Not pushy. Just sharp. Always focused on delivering projects smoothly and successfully.

For you, a project is only successful when the agreed plan has been executed perfectly. On time. As promised.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources and manage service partners

• Prepare project proposals and reports

• Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities

What your day could look like

Starting together

At 09:00 you join the internal stand-up. Short lines, clear priorities. Shortly after, you host a call with a customer in Tokyo to discuss project updates.

Building and aligning

You draft a commercial proposal that perfectly matches the client’s needs. After lunch, you join a kick-off meeting with sales colleagues to define the approach for a new customer. Strong start. Clear strategy.

Focus and preparation

In the afternoon, you update reports and ensure all project notes are accurate. Later, you align with engineers who will be onsite tomorrow. Everything clear. Everything prepared.

Some days end a little earlier. For example, when you have a critical call with Singapore scheduled at 06:00 the next morning. Working internationally means being flexible.

Where you will be working

You will join an independent IT system integrator focused on Managed Service Providers. The organization has been active since 2006 and is headquartered in Nijmegen.

The team is international and diverse, with colleagues from more than 25 countries and operations in over 80 countries worldwide. They work on sustainable IT infrastructure solutions across computing, storage, and networking – covering all generations of technology.

The company is part of an international IT group with headquarters in Europe and Asia. Growth here is not an ambition. It is the standard.

Who we are looking for

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree

• You have at least one year of project management experience

• You remain calm and flexible under pressure

• You are willing to work in a 24/7 environment and outside regular office hours

• You have a business mindset and interest in developing client relationships

• You are able to multitask and manage multiple priorities

• You have excellent written and spoken English skills
